Perhaps the most extensive project I've ever taken on besides a snowglobe - which makes it just that much more fun 
This set of keychains was made as part of a little art exchange/gifting I'm having with arriku, a most epic illustrator and just awesome person in general. Also the project I've had the most OCD freakouts with most likely, you have no idea how much trouble finding a suitable little bit of wire to bend into glasses can be XD
This set of keychains was made as part of a little art exchange/gifting I'm having with arriku, a most epic illustrator and just awesome person in general. Also the project I've had the most OCD freakouts with most likely, you have no idea how much trouble finding a suitable little bit of wire to bend into glasses can be XD As you may have guessed, the keychains all feature the same character, Sakamaki Reiji from the series Diabolik Lovers - only in different outfits. I based these off three chibi characterizations of him that arriku designed herself, and I hope I replicated them well x)
Here's a huge thanks to arriku for all the fun that went into this. I hope she'll like the little bundle that will soon arrive in her mailbox :>
MATERIALS:
- Body/hair = Fimo soft polymer clay, Fimo effects, some jewelry wire embedded inside legs and riding crop for stability
- Face = acrylic paint, 10/0 micron detailer brush
- Glaze = ice resin
- Hair gradient = powdered black pastel, lightly brushed
- Glasses = .....Copper wire taken from a broken CD player. Twas more accurate than anything *I* had XD (long story...)
