Commission: Dratini in a Bottle by minnichi Commission: Dratini in a Bottle by minnichi
Another one off my to-do list. It's always fun to work with those tiny glass bottles, even if the resin gets everywhere and drives me crazy sometimes xP

Materials:
Dratini/grass = Fimo polymer clay
Eyes = acrylic paint, 20/0 brush
Glass bottle = courtesy of ebay
Sand = New Mexico white sands (hey I had extra from my vacation so why not? :P)
Resin = ice resin, courtesy of Hobby Lobby

Thank you! They sell some glass bottles at Hobby Lobby as well, but they come in 2-packs and are ridiculously more expensive than on ebay :P

Wow!!! How do you get your resin to not bubble? What brand do you use?

you just have to mix the resin really well before pouring it in (i just used a toothpick in a dixie cup lol) and make sure you poured equal amounts of resin and hardener (though the plunger makes that easy) thanks for mentioning it! i updated the materials information now :)
